Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

WallClaimer is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits or endangers children.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on WallClaimer:

• Any imagery depicting minors in a sexual manner
• Content that sexualizes minors
• Content that promotes or glorifies child sexual abuse
• Any content that exploits or endangers children

Prevention Measures

We employ the following measures to prevent CSAE content on our platform:

• Automated image scanning using AWS Rekognition Content Moderation to detect and block inappropriate content before it is shared
• User reporting mechanisms

Reporting

If you encounter any content that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately:

• Use the in-app reporting feature
• Email us directly at: wallclaimerapp@gmail.com

All reports are treated with urgency and confidentiality.

Enforcement

When we identify or receive a report of CSAE content, we take immediate action:

• Immediate removal of the content
• Permanent termination of the offending user's account
• Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities
• Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
